Shipping

We ship our products Australia-wide via Track & Trace courier. You can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days of ordering.

Returns Policy

This returns policy applies to the purchase of Aussiepong products made online through our website (www.aussiepong.com.au).

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund purchases that you change your mind about.  Make sure to choose carefully!

Under the Consumer Guarantees act, we will repair or replace as necessary any products which are delivered to you in anything less than the condition that you would expect.  If this is the case, get in contact and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
